Steps to add new RRAS server
1. in IIS create personal certificate for HP06
2. export the certificate to T130-3
3. bind certificate @ HP06 to IIS
Set up VPN on a client computer
1. install the certificate from T130
2. create a VPN connection, select PPTP
3. connect
4. disconnect
5. change the connection to SSTP
6. connect
