SSH tunnel, SOCKS proxy, and PuTTY

- http://shell.cjb.net/ - allows to set up an SSH account and I checked that I was able to use it for proxy setup
Apparently, having SSH tunnel started slows down my internet connection 🙁
It is fun seeing my connection routed via a server in Mongolia, Japan, the Netherlands or France.
